Photos from Newton Court Cider’s ‘Welcome to the Farm’ Tasting Day 2015

Newton Court Cider held its first Welcome to the Farm event today, Saturday, 11th April, 2015.

Newton Court Cider, also a working farm, is based a couple of miles south of Leominster, Herefordshire. It’s in a supremely convenient location for travellers because you can nip off the main drag (the A49) stock up on some real cider and perry, and be back on your journey in minutes.

Paul Stephens, owner and cider maker, was on hand in the cidery, pouring generous samples. Moira was in the farm shop offering more tastings, selling cider and perry and answering product questions with aplomb.

The sun shone and the sky was mostly blue. There was live music and food and the chance to take a walk around the beautiful cider orchards.

Here are a few photos of the day.
